This project consisted of a complete outdoor renovation to align with the laid-back coastal lifestyle of the family. A standout element of the design was to create a space outside that could be used to entertain visiting family and friends. A mature Dracaena tree was chosen to create a focal point in the garden, with contrasting loose flowing tropical foliage arranged in tiered garden beds and bold statement stones to define edges. With the addition of a water feature, this garden has become a host for an array of local native fauna, bringing the space to life. Embracing the clients desire to entertain, we created a semi-circle nook with a concealed bar, situated next to an aromatic herb garden, giving a home-grown addition to afternoon
cocktail hour.
