Located in the urban hub of Crows Nest, this organic produce garden, nestled within a suburban courtyard, is a flourishing edible banquet one could only
dream of.
Maximising produce yield in this urban farm required a design which incorporated bio-intensive methods of ‘market-to-garden’ planting. Our planting scheme consisted of all organic veggies, lending itself to seasonal crop rotation and companion planting with medicinal flowers and a variety of self-seeding edibles. This garden is welcoming to a variety of pollinators in order to create an enriched and active soil which this garden demanded.
